Talenteria engages the following categories of sub-processors to deliver its services. Each sub-processor is subject to a written data processing agreement and appropriate data protection safeguards in accordance with GDPR Article 28.

Core Infrastructure & Hosting

Microsoft Azure

Purpose: Cloud hosting, compute, storage, backups
Data location: EU and/or other regions as configured by the customer
Safeguards: SCCs, ISO 27001, SOC 2

AI & Machine Learning

OpenAI, L.L.C.

Purpose: Natural language processing, AI interviews, text and audio analysis
Data location: United States and other processing locations
Safeguards: SCCs, EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable)
Notes: Zero-data retention; no training on customer data

Integration & Data Sync

Kombo Technologies GmbH (where enabled)

Purpose: HRIS / ATS data synchronization
Data location: EU
Safeguards: SCCs, EU hosting
